  INTRODUCING

Promotion-Ready

The self-study system that translates your work into the language the talent discussion room actually uses, so your promotion case holds up in the room you are not in.

If you are a woman in corporate who has received outstanding feedback cycle after cycle and still nothing has changed or suspect the problem is not your performance but have no idea what the actual problem is - this was built for you.

I'M READY

To the woman in corporate who has been delivering above her level ...

and still cannot understand why nothing

has changed

You probably already know that working harder is not going to change the outcome.
What you might not know is that the problem was never your performance. It is how your performance is being read by senior leadership who have never worked with you and will form their entire opinion from a single document in under two minutes.

Buuuuuut there is a way to make sure that document works for you instead of against you.

And it comes down to something most women in corporate believe they already know how to do - writing their promotion case.

You have written self-performance reviews before. You have listed your achievements, described your contributions, submitted the document on time. You thought that was enough. It was not and nobody told you why.

The reason nothing has changed is not that your promotion case was missing. It is that your promotion case was written for the wrong audience, in the wrong language, with the wrong evidence structure.

And once you learn how to write it for the room that actually decides: for senior leadership who have two minutes, a fixed number of slots, and no patience for anything that needs clarification,  everything shifts.

When you build your promotion case the way the system is actually designed to read it:

You stop writing your promotion case for the wrong audience. Once you know your case passes through an AI screening tool, your manager's assessment, and a talent discussion full of senior leaders who have never worked with you, you understand why a document written for your manager was never going to be enough.

And you learn how to structure it so it advocates for you when you are not in that room.

You stop leaving your strongest evidence out of your promotion case. Most women never document mentoring, alignment, or cross-team leadership - the work that holds everything together but never shows up in your review, because it feels like something you just do. It is the single area where women underrepresent themselves the most.

And it is one of the areas the talent discussion actually weighs when evaluating whether you operate as a leader or as someone who executes well.

You stop depending on one person to carry your name forward. When your promotion case is built clearly enough that anyone in the room can read it without needing context from your manager - you are no longer relying on their ability to argue for you in a room full of competing names.

Your document makes the argument on its own, even when you are not there to explain it.

You stop building your case on rules you were taught growing up that stopped working years ago. The promotion criteria for what counts as "ready" shifted around 2021 and 2022. If nobody told you what replaced the old rules, every promotion cycle you have been investing your energy into evidence the system no longer prioritises.

That is fixable the moment you understand what replaced it.

And the biggest shift of all - you stop wondering what you are doing wrong and start building the kind of case that puts your name in a position the talent discussion cannot skip over.

Because the answer was never about doing more. It was about making what you already do readable to the room that decides whether you get promoted this cycle or wait another year.

But despite everything you have been putting in, you are still being passed over.

You have been delivering more than what was asked. Your feedback says you are exceeding expectations. And still, when the cycle closes, nothing moves. You are left asking yourself the same question you have been asking for years, what am I doing wrong?

  And on top of that:

You might be stuck doing the work of the level above while being compensated at the level below watching people you trained get promoted into roles you were never even considered for.

You might be sitting with feedback that tells you almost nothing - "you need more leadership presence" or "you are not quite there yet" with no definitive explanation of what you actually missed out on.

You might have invested your own savings into courses, certifications, and coaching because you thought you were the gap. And every time you met what they asked for, something new appeared.

And really wanting the effort to finally go somewhere, but feeling like no matter how hard you work, the people making the decisions do not see you. Or worse, they see you and still choose someone else.

And all this?

😣 Has probably left you burnt out in a way you cannot fully explain to the people around you. Not dramatically. Just a sustained kind of exhaustion that does not go away even on holiday.

😣 And not getting the promotion, the salary, or the recognition that your work has earned.

😣 Or even worse? Genuinely starting to wonder am I just not good enough?

You are. And that is exactly what I built Promotion-Ready to fix.

What if you could walk into your next promotion cycle knowing exactly how the decision gets made, who is in the room....

and how to build a case they cannot sidestep, instead of spending another year hoping your work speaks for itself?

I am Natalia. And I know what it feels like to do everything right and still not move.

I started my second career in consulting at 28. Entry level. In a market that was frozen. I supported clients across Europe, North America, LATAM, Asia and the Middle East and I followed the script I had been given in the early 2000s.

Be humble. Work hard. Do not show off. Let the effort speak for itself.

It did not speak for itself.

So, I started spending my own savings. English courses. Certificates. Ecommerce mentoring to become the Subject Matter Expert the company said it needed. I invested my own money to meet goals that were never mine and was told it was my conscious decision. It was fear dressed up as ambition. Almost $25k over four years on methods that made me more confused about my career, not less.

The last investment was a leadership academy. The methods helped me document my work, but I was losing myself trying to fit someone else's framework. That is when I understood the requirements for promotion were hidden between the lines. Nobody was going to hand them to me.

I stopped following other people's methods. I started paying attention to how promotion decisions were being made inside the organisations I was working in. I learned how information travels upward, that senior leadership does not trust verbal updates, that a director cannot walk into a meeting and relay what someone told them on a call, that the person three levels below have no idea that conversation is even happening. I learned who is in the room when your name comes up.

And I learned that the language I was using to describe my work was keeping me exactly where I was I sounded like someone who executed well, not like someone ready for the next level.

I stopped writing my self-reviews for my manager. I started writing them for the room above her for senior leaders who had never worked with me and had two minutes to form an opinion about my seniority.

Every Friday I captured what had moved, what I had decided, and what it said about the level I was already operating at. I built my own approach from everything I had learned, how to frame my work so it was tangible and measurable, how to structure a case for an audience that does not know me, and how to document the evidence I had been leaving out because it felt like something I just did.

That is the system inside Promotion-Ready. The exact approach I built across four years of working inside the system, making every mistake, spending money I should not have spent, and eventually understanding what the organisation was never going to explain to me directly.

And since building and using this approach?

😍  Within four years I went from entry level to Manager in my second career, starting from scratch at 28. My manager's perception of my seniority shifted within weeks once I changed how I was making my work visible. He started involving me in conversations I had not been part of before, giving me access to more complex work that built my case faster than anything I had done in the years before that.

😍 My salary tripled over those four years. The financial progression I had been waiting for started moving once I learned how to frame the conversation so it could not be dismissed: specific enough, quantifiable enough, and written in the language leadership trusts.

😍 I was promoted twice. The second time was in a cycle when most promotions were on freeze. The difference was that my case was the easiest to read, the easiest to score, and the easiest for my manager to defend when someone in the room pushed back.

😍 I stopped building my supervisor's promotion case and started building my own. I stopped being the person doing things for someone else's account and became the person whose name the room could read clearly.

And the best part?

I built Promotion-Ready because no woman should have to spend $25k and four years of confusion to learn what her organisation was never going to explain to her.

Everything I learned the language that reads as leadership, the evidence structure that gets advocated for, the documentation system that makes your work visible before the conversation starts is inside it.

At the price of a lunch.

This is your career with Promotion-Ready

FROM THIS → TO THIS:

😕 Sitting down to write your self-performance review the night before the deadline, staring at a blank document, trying to remember what you even did in March knowing the way you are about to describe your year is not going to change the outcome but not knowing what else to do.

✦ Sitting down to write your self-review and the work is already done. Organised, documented, and written in a language that makes your year undeniable to people who have never worked with you. The deadline is not a scramble. It is the final step in something you have been building all year.

😕 Getting feedback that says, "you need more leadership presence" or "you are not quite there yet” and sitting with it for weeks because nobody gave you a single concrete thing to act on. Just a vague label that sounds a lot like "you are not enough" no matter how many ways you try to read it differently.

✦ Knowing exactly what "leadership presence" means in the context of your promotion case and having documented evidence that demonstrates it. Vague feedback stops keeping you stuck because you can see exactly what was missing and how to close it.

😕 Watching someone who started after you someone you helped onboard, someone who came to you with questions for months, get promoted into the role you had been building toward. And replaying that moment trying to figure out what they had that you did not.

✦ Understanding that what they had was not better work. It was a case that was easier to read. And knowing how to build a case so clear that when your cycle opens, the room does not need to debate your name.

😕 Walking out of your performance review feeling like it went well, your manager even said so, then hearing nothing for months until the cycle closes and your name is not on the list. Again. No explanation. No definitive "this is what you missed." Just silence.

✦ Walking into your review knowing that the conversation with your manager is only the first stage. The real decision happens after. And for the first time, you are prepared for that room too with a case your manager can carry in without needing to add context, explain what you meant, or argue on your behalf.

😕 Lying awake at night wondering if the problem is you. If maybe you are just not good enough. If the women who move ahead know something you were never told.

✦ Sleeping at night knowing there was never anything wrong with you. The system was reading your work in a language you were never taught to write in and now you know how. The next promotion cycle is not something you dread. It is something you have been building toward with clarity you did not have before.

If you are reading this and thinking "I have been waiting for someone to explain this to me for years" that is exactly what Promotion-Ready was built for.

IT'S TIME TO DISCOVER...

Promotion-Ready

The self-study system that teaches you how the promotion decision in corporate actually gets made: who is in the room, what they are evaluating, and how to build a case that does the talking when you are not in the room. So, you stop waiting for the next cycle promotion and start building the kind of documentation that makes the room unable to skip your name.

Built from 13 years across advertising and consulting, two promotions at Accenture, clients across Europe, North America, LATAM, Asia and the Middle East and everything I spent $25k learning before I understood the system was never going to explain itself. Yours at the price of a lunch.

So why am I the person to be teaching this?

I am Natalia. I am a Modern Leadership Coach with 13 years across two careers: advertising and consulting. I hold ICF, NLP, and Trauma-Informed coaching certifications through the British Coaching Academy. I work with women in corporate: consulting, tech, finance, professional services, who are delivering above their level and cannot understand why nothing has changed.

My first career was in advertising. I created my first international campaign at 24 for 64 countries in 37 languages. By 25 I was an Art Director, building a creative studio from scratch. I was not someone who struggled to perform. I was someone who delivered at a level that most people around me had not reached at the same age.

And then I moved into consulting. I started at Accenture at 28. Entry level. In a market that was frozen. I supported clients across Europe, North America, LATAM, Asia and the Middle East in one of the most demanding industries I have ever worked in. Within four years I reached Manager. My salary tripled. I was promoted twice, the second time in a cycle when every slot was frozen.

Before that second promotion I spent almost $25k of my own savings on certifications, courses, and coaching trying to meet criteria that kept changing. I know what it feels like to have a track record that should speak for itself and watch the system treat you like you are starting from zero. I know what it feels like to sit with vague feedback and no idea what to actually fix. I know what it feels like to wonder if the problem is you.

What changed my career was not another course. It was understanding how the promotion decision gets made, who is in the room, what they are reading, and why the language I was using to describe my work was keeping me exactly where I was.

I built Promotion-Ready because that information should not cost anyone $25k and four years of confusion to find. The women I work with are not underperforming. They are under-documented. Their work is strong. The room just cannot read it. And nobody inside their organisation has any incentive to explain why.

I believe that women in corporate deserve to know how large organisations actually evaluate them. Not the published version. The real one. I believe the promotion system was never designed to explain itself and that the confusion this creates is not a flaw in the system. It is how the system protects itself. I believe that once you understand what the room is looking for, you stop chasing approval and start building a case they cannot sidestep.

And I believe that the women who have been doing the work of the level above for months or years without recognition do not need more confidence. They need a system that makes their work readable to the people who decide.

If anything on this page has made you think "she is describing my situation" that is because I lived it.

Everything inside Promotion-Ready was built from that experience. Not from theory. Not from other people's frameworks. From sitting inside the same system, you are sitting in right now and figuring out what it actually takes to make the room see what was already there.

I built this for the woman I was five years ago. If that woman sounds anything like you, I would genuinely love to have you inside.

I'M READY

OVERCOME OBJECTIONS

Objection 1 - IF YOU'RE THINKING:

"I've spent money on courses and certifications before and nothing changed - why would this be different?"

Everything you have tried before was designed to make you better at your job. More certifications, more leadership training, more coaching. The problem is that your job was never the gap. The gap was how your work was being presented to people who have never worked with you and will form their entire opinion from a single document they spend two minutes reading.

That is a completely different problem and none of the solutions you have paid for before were built to solve it.

I know because I tried them all. Almost $25k across English courses, certificates, ecommerce mentoring, and a leadership academy. Every investment was supposed to close the gap. None of them did. What finally changed my career was understanding who actually reads my promotion case, what they are evaluating, and why the way I was describing my work was keeping me exactly where I was. That is what Promotion-Ready teaches. The problem was never your ability. It was the way your work was being written and presented and that is fixable.

Objection 2 - IF YOU'RE THINKING:

"My company is different - this probably won't apply to my situation"

The system inside Promotion-Ready was built from experience across consulting, tech, finance, and professional serviceswith clients across Europe, North America, LATAM, Asia and the Middle East. Large organisations structure their talent discussions and evaluation criteria in fundamentally similar ways because most of them build their promotion frameworks from the same underlying models, often designed by the same consulting firms.

The language and job titles change from company to company. The evaluation structure underneath does not.

The Rubric Map inside the toolkit exists specifically for this. You take your company's own framework, whatever they call their review process, however they label the criteria and map it against the four main areas the talent discussion actually scores you on. So you can see exactly where your evidence is strong and where the gaps are before the cycle closes. It was built to work with whatever system your organisation runs, not to replace it.

Objection 3 - IF YOU'RE THINKING:

"This is only $27 - can it really change anything?"

I spent almost $25k over four years trying to learn what is inside this system. English courses that cost hundreds, a leadership academy that cost thousands, certifications that were supposed to close the gap every single time.

The information inside Promotion-Ready is not priced at $27 because that is what it is worth. It is priced at $27 because no woman should have to spend what I spent to learn what her organisation was never going to explain to her.

The founding price exists because this is the first time Promotion-Ready is available. The full stacked value of everything inside is $286. This price is available for 14 days. After that, it increases and will not return to this level.

I'M READY

  Here's who Promotion-Ready is for:

❤️ You are a woman in corporate: consulting, tech, finance, professional services, or any large organisation with a structured promotion cycle and you have been delivering above your level without understanding why nothing has changed.

❤️ You have received outstanding feedback cycle after cycle and still not been promoted. You know something is off between your performance and the outcome, but nobody has given you a concrete explanation of what you are missing.

❤️ You have watched colleagues with less experience or less time in the role move into roles you have been building toward and you are tired of replaying those moments trying to figure out what they had that you did not.

❤️ You have invested your own time or money into certifications, courses, or coaching trying to meet requirements that kept changing and every time you met what was asked, something new appeared.

❤️You suspect the problem is not your work, but you have no idea what the actual problem is. You have never been shown how the promotion decision gets made, who is in the room, or what they are reading when your name comes up.

❤️ You are sitting with feedback so vague "more leadership presence," "not quite ready yet", that you cannot act on it. And you know you have been writing your self-performance review the same way every cycle because nobody has shown you what needs to change.

❤️ Your promotion cycle is coming up or it recently closed without your name on the list  and you are done waiting for the system to explain itself.

If you just read through that list and thought "this is my situation" - Promotion-Ready was built for you. Specifically. By someone who lived every single one of those points before she figured out what the room was looking for.

I'M READY

FAQs

You've reached the end. And since you are still here, there is one last thing I want to say.

If you are still reading this page it is because something on it described your situation in a way that felt uncomfortably specific.

The outstanding feedback that leads nowhere. Vague criteria that keep shifting without explanation. The colleagues who moved ahead while you were still trying to figure out what you were doing wrong. And a tiredness that does not go away even on holiday.

I know that feeling. I carried it for years.

No matter what you decide today, whether you open Promotion-Ready this evening or close this tab and come back later, I want you to hear this clearly: the problem was never you. Not your work ethic, not your qualifications. It was a system that benefits from keeping you confused.

But understanding that is not enough on its own. Understanding alone does not change your next cycle - a system that teaches you how to build for the room that decides does.

Promotion-Ready exists because I spent $25k and four years learning what should have been handed to me on my first day in corporate. Inside is everything I learned about how to build a case that does the talking when you are not in the room in the language the room is trained to trust.

Your next promotion cycle will open whether you are ready for it or not. The talent discussion will happen and your name will come up.

And the question that decides everything will be the same one it has always been - can the room read your case clearly enough to say yes without needing you in it to explain?

That is what this system builds. And the founding price of $27 will not be here in 14 days.

I built this for the woman I was five years ago. If she sounds anything like you, I would love to have you inside, Natalia
