  So why am I the right person to help you with this?  

Hello, I'm Natalia Woźniak. 

I restarted my career at 28, at entry level, after losing my job in December 2020. Within months, I was co-leading a team and working directly with client business teams doing work that had very little to do with the title on my contract.

I knew I was capable of more. I just didn't know how to make that visible.

So I spent close to $25k on courses and coaching trying to understand what actually made someone “ready for promotion.” Eventually, I stopped looking for the answer and worked it out myself.

  I was promoted twice in four years. The second time was during a promotion freeze and my salary tripled.  

Then I moved to the other side of the table. As a Manager at Accenture, I co-developed the career progression framework for a 70-person ecommerce practice, covering Analyst through Principal Director.

  By then, I wasn't trying to understand the promotion criteria anymore, I was helping write them.  

I also led programmes across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America and managed a team of 40.

And that's when I saw something I wish I'd understood much earlier:

The quality of your work and the strength of your promotion case can be two very different things.

That's why I built Promotion-Ready - the system I couldn't find when I needed it.

   Alongside my corporate experience, I'm ICF certified, with additional NLP and Trauma-Informed Coaching qualifications through the British Coaching Academy.
