I'm Natalia. Former Accenture Manager and ICF-certified coach, promoted twice in four years, the second time during a promotion freeze.

I invested close to $25k over four years trying to work out what "ready for promotion" actually meant. Nobody was ever going to explain it directly, so I decoded it myself, and everything I couldn't find I have been building into a system since.
